Ayima opens new San Francisco office

Mike Jacobson

Ayima is continuing to expand our presence to meet our client needs across the globe, and we couldn’t be more excited to announce the opening of our newest US office. Our North American operation now proudly includes a hub in the Bay Area, following our previous expansion to New York and Vancouver.

The opening of our new office coincides with the recent growth of our digital footprint, as we introduced our two new digital marketing channels, Ecommerce and Performance Analytics, earlier this year.

Why San Francisco?

In addition to being the biggest tech region in the world, the Bay Area—and West Coast, for that matter—is home to a number of our clients. We can now provide them with a local presence headed by our Senior V.P. Lauren MacPhail, who brings her technical SEO knowledge to Ayima after years of running SEO for Macy’s.

Lauren is eager to continue building Ayima’s West Coast presence, which also boasts SEO Director Simon Panting, and a growing team of local experts. So far, this has included regularly sponsoring and being involved with local industry events—Women Of Digital and West Coast SEO—in addition to the launch of a brand-new program, Ayima Kickstart.

Introducing Ayima’s SEO startup program, Ayima Kickstart

The Bay Area is full of startups focused purely on shipping code and finishing their product, while trying to impress investors and gain users. While visibility is critical at this stage, they rarely employ any type of marketing early in their lifecycle, which can hamper their ability to be found. Our San Francisco team recognised this issue with many early to mid-stage startups, and crafted a solution they’re calling Ayima Kickstart.

Ayima Kickstart is intended to assist early to mid-stage startups in discovering and implementing the most impactful components of digital marketing in order to fuel traffic growth. Since ongoing funding and longevity can be an unknown to those in seed rounds, we can create short-term ramp up programs intended to give smart startups an edge without committing to a lengthy contract, while providing the groundwork for a more extensive digital engagement.

What’s next

If you are located in the Bay Area, be sure to keep an eye out for Lauren, Simon, and our growing team at industry events around the region. And if you would like to learn more about how our wealth of SEO knowledge can benefit your business—be it enterprise level or a startup in the early going—please get in touch.
