You will be a lead Consultant and be responsible for delivery and management of Search Engine Optimization services for some of the largest, best-known, global brands.

This is a client-facing role. In addition to first-rate SEO knowledge, applicants must possess the skills and confidence to prepare and deliver presentations in front of diverse range of client contacts, including C-level executives.

You must be experienced enough in your abilities to answer all client questions in a professional, comprehensive, in-depth and educational manner whether face-to-face, over the phone, via WebEx or in responding to emails.

The ideal candidate must possess an in-depth knowledge of the technical disciplines of SEO, combined with passion for delivering results and adding value. Ruthless attention to detail is a necessity.

Ayima Consultants have access to a market-leading suite of proprietary SEO tools, providing a degree of insight into SEO and website performance that is the envy of the industry. We do not use third party data providers or tools. We’ve already created our own index of the web.

Ayima only employs the most highly skilled, technically proficient SEOs. The successful candidate shall become a valued menu of the team. You will work alongside SEO team members in the USA and UK to test new ideas and solve complex issues faced by clients in the most competitive search verticals.

SEO Consultants join Ayima from a variety of previous roles, but all have worked on large, complex SEO engagements, whether in-house or agency side. Many have their own websites and all are highly active in the SEO community.

SEO/Technical Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of on-page SEO factors, including inspecting HTML code
  • Planning and implementing logical site architectures
  • Planning and executing successful link building campaigns
  • Web analytics packages such as Adobe Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, Unica and in interpreting data to improve SEO strategies
  • Can demonstrate increases in the rankings, large traffic improvements and visibility of websites worked on through SEO
  • Experience with HTML, AJAX, CSS, JavaScript is required. Technical skills such as PHP, Perl, Python, XML, XHTML, PHP, ASP/.net coding or server administration experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms, including Adobe CQ5, Demandware, Drupal and WordPress is advantageous
  • Experience working in or managing agile development environments is advantageous
  • Project management experience beneficial

  • Act as Account Manager and single point of contact for a small number of Ayima’s high-value clients
  • Analyze websites in huge detail to identify on-page and off-page issues faced by clients and their competitors
  • Produce comprehensive, prioritized, technical website audits to be delivered to external design/development agencies and in-house technical teams
  • Have the ability and confidence to deliver presentations, train and educate client contacts at all levels
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
