SEO Apprentice
We are looking for:
- Commercial SEO experience isn’t essential, but some knowledge gained through personal websites or side projects would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) are a must and attention to detail is essential.
- An attention to detail will ensure the integrity of data that provides the foundation for everything we do.
- Some existing knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP will help a candidate to progress faster, but this is not essential.
The SEO Apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for anyone with a passion for Search Engine Optimisation.
Client Account Manager
We are looking for:
- At least three years of working with key stakeholders in blue chip companies in a professional capacity (e.g. management consultant, senior agency role).
- Broad knowledge of search marketing, across online channels.
- Experience of online marketing, with a track record of marketing campaign planning
- Be able to structure and run large corporate projects/clients.
- Proven experience managing all phases of project life-cycle delivery and engagement
- Being passionate about search.
SEO Consultant
Your responsibilities will include:
- Attend client pitches and assist Business Development in identifying the SEO needs of potential clients, plus any specific on-page issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a small number of Ayima’s high-value clients.
- Analyse, identify and report on both on-page and off-page issues faced by clients and their competitors.
- Document and report back to clients on recommendations that will help their site attain greater traffic, rankings and conversions.
- Work with other SEO consultants to brainstorm new ideas and identify complex issues faced by new and existing clients.
We are looking for:
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Confidence in a business meeting environment with senior client and internal staff.
- Ability to explain technical issues in a way that non-technical clients can understand and technical contacts can implement.
- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO factors, including dissecting HTML code, building logical site architectures and giving alternative implementation recommendations to a client’s technical team.
- An understanding of the search engine algorithms, how they affect rankings and what factors play an important role.
- Experience in using Website Analytics data to discover trends, untapped search terms and on-page issues.
- Good written English skills and an ability to explain complex concepts in an easy to digest and organised manner.
- Proven ability to increase the rankings, traffic and visibility of a website via Search Engine Optimisation.
- Technical skills such as JavaScript/PHP/Perl/Python coding or server administration experience would be an advantage but in no way essential.
Head of Sales
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Leading the sales team in delivering new client engagements
- Developing new business from existing client relationships
- Acting as ambassador for the business at Industry and marketing events
- Developing methods to differentiate our premium product against competitor’s generic services
- Developing a coherent and exciting story to promote our new products
- Achieving targets for sales growth, revenue and profitability
We are looking for:
- A proven track record of sales in the Digital Marketing or Media Sector.
- Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the Digital Media marketplace, particular Search, SEO and Social Media
- The ability to inspire and motivate
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail, a commitment to quality, results-driven and customer-focused.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales at a senior level.
- Willingness to travel regularly, both overseas and within the UK
Java Developer
Overview
As a Java Developer with up to three years experience you will work with the Director of Technology while working on new and existing projects to further improve our suite of bespoke software. You will use your previous experience to bring new ideas and develop the existing suite of software and improve the company’s competitive edge through technology
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Director of Technology.
- Java Development including large amounts of MySQL. Working with consultants and management to develop required software.
- Create documentation where necessary.
- An awareness of technological advances including SEO.
